Our take
Yext focuses on accurate business data everywhere customers look.
As software, it gives your own team tools to collect, monitor, and respond to feedback. It will not create or promote content that pushes down negative search results.
How it compares
Yext covers 2 of the 9 specialties we track (review management, ai reputation). Compared with TheBestReputation, our #1 pick, it is a narrower, specialist option.
Buyers who need more than review management usually end up pairing Yext with a second provider, or choosing a full-service firm instead.
Before you sign
Ask Yext who exactly will do the work, how progress is reported, and what happens if you want to cancel. Get contract length and cancellation terms in writing.
Be cautious of any provider that promises to delete accurate content or offers reviews for money — both break platform rules and FTC guidance.
